ABOUT LUCILLE'S VOICE

Lucille's Voice is in memory of a wild caught Scarlett Macaw. She was trapped in the wild and brought to the United States during a time when it was acceptable to import wild animals. We as a group feel all animals deserve the right to live free from fear, abuse, neglect, torture, abandonment, or illegal capture.  Some of our programs include: reducing over population by offering spay/neuter services: provide services to veterans with pets before / during, and after deployment: provide community outreach programs: provide pet education programs: help pet owners find a possible alternative to re-homing their pet: grief groups:

And after we served a lengthy volunteer deployment during the hurricane Katrina aftermath, we established a program in our community  to provide emergency services for evacuees in the event of a natural disaster. We have since offered the same services to surrounding communities.

We have volunteers/board members that are FEMA Certified, Animal Cruelty Investigations Certified, Veterinary Technicians, Livestock handling, Exotic husbandry, as well as domestic animal care. Lucille's Voice is operated by volunteers and operates completely on donations.

We are a 501c3 non-profit organization with donations being tax deductible.

Feel free to Contact Us if you would like more information, or have any questions.

Hi, My name is May. I was saved from a high kill shelter in Texas. I am now living in the greatest foster home in the world. I love my foster parents and foster siblings but would really like a furever family of my own.

Can that be with you?
